  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time in order to receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
  • If the bus is delayed more than 30 minutes from the scheduled departure time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you no-show for your trip, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you are denied boarding due to a lack of available seats, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If the operator cancels the trip due to an unexpected event, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If the operator cancels the trip due to bad weather, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you are denied boarding due to improper documentation, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you need to make changes to your reservation, you must contact the operator at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

  • Passengers are allowed to bring 2 items with them per person.
  • The combined weight of the two items should not exceed 20kg
  • The size of the items should not exceed 80cm x 60cm x 40cm
  • Any items above these specified limits may be subject to additional taxes
  • A maximum of 3 passengers per vehicle may travel with their own luggage
  • Luggage items should be properly secured in the boot of the vehicle
  • Items like weapons, flammable materials, explosives and hazardous materials are prohibited
  • Pets are allowed, however, they must travel in a pet carrier and must be kept in the boot of the vehicle

  • Pets are allowed on Inter buses in PL, provided they are suitably contained in an appropriate pet carrier.
  • Pets must be kept inside their pet carrier at all times while on the bus.
  • Only small, domesticated animals such as cats, dogs, and rodents are allowed.
  • No exotic pets, such as reptiles, birds, or fish, are allowed.
  • No animals that are considered dangerous, such as wolves, tigers, or bears, are allowed.
